Due to the fact that I am getting older on this goat farm , I have had to invent new devices to get the farm work done.  I can no longer lift a eighty pound bale of hay up to the top of the hay loft by myself so we have added a new device to help with this job. We have installed a winch system in the hay loft to lift the hay up to the hay loft and all I have to do is swing it over and stack it correctly. What a lifesaver this device is. I was thinking not only can the winch lift bales of hay but what about making a harness for the goats to be strapped into and lifting them up to do rountine maitenance. Trim their hooves , give vaccinations etc..

Of course I am only joking but it would save a lot of back ache.
