I am often asked about how to make money with harness goats. Througout the years we have done a lot of activities with our team of harness goats and generated a small income from these jobs. When we first started many years ago we would take our small disc and disc many , many garden plots. This was tough work on the harness goats so we never did more than one discing job a week. 

In the fall we would skid out firewood and even pumpkins out a field for harvest.

When the Christmas season started , usually the day after Thanksgiving we would haul fresh cut Christmas trees to customers vehicles at a u cut tree farm.

There are many opportunities for well behaved and hard working harness goats.

We never gave rides on our implements because the liability was far to great.

A well trained harness goat can generate some small income , just make sure to plan enough valuable rest time in between jobs.
