It is that time of year again...............firewood season. This time of year everyone is busy harvesting and hauling firewood. Some of our local hills have very steep terrain that is not accessible with machinery, therefore the working goats with their sleds are called in to action. Some of the slopes are so steep we have to use our sleds to maintain traction with the earth.  Our four harness goats have been extremely busy hauling load after load of oak, madrone, and pine out of the local forest. Luckily we have our working sleds to use for this activity . Our harness goats have four hoof drive.
