Today is Thanksgiving and I thought I would share a few thankful wishes from an aging lavender and goat farmer.  Thankful wishes for a barn full of winter hay and shavings. Thankful wishes for a steady work crew of two harness goats, two pack goats, two harness and pack mini horses, and two retired goat does.  Thankful wishes for not having excessive vet bills this year and ( knock on wood) everyone is in relative good health.  Thankful wishes for the love and support of my family. Thankful wishes for finally dispatching the gopher that has been attacking the new lavender plants. Thankful wishes for the new parts that have been put on one of the commercial sewing machines. Thankful wishes for the two and a half inches of rain we had a week ago. 

There are many thankful wishes to be had for a goat,horse, or rabbit farmer.
