We have a new addition to our herd. His name is Angus. He is a Anatolin shepherd. Believe it or not he is a puppy. We received Angus when he was just five months old , now he is eight months old. His weight is right at 79 lbs. and growing.
Angus has a bounty full of energy . He is up at four a.m. and ready to go. We have already had many good and several bad experiences with Angus. However he is developing into quite a good farm dog. On our small farm here we are having a lot of trouble with mountain lions so Angus has become a wonderful addition to help guard the goats and miniature horses and his sisters ( three chihuahua mixes).
One of our goals for Angus is to teach him to pull a cart. He is being fitted fo a harness now and working on basic driving commands . I will post our progress as we go along.
