This is a wonderful shop. The owner made suggestions after purchase to make my pack perfect. I needed a small pack. She made sure it fit my mini horse. Good and patient communication. Kind and generous. The pack exceeded my expectations. The pack is high quality. Doesn’t move on my mini horse, very stable. Easy on and off. I didn’t see the quality by the picture. There is good padding. I absolutely love this pack and Bambi too!
